Office Manager: Mary Collazo
Mary Collazo is Donna’s office manager and the voice behind the phone at the 800 number. She joined the Donna Cutting Presents, Inc. team in December of 2008. Mary has 40 years experience in office administration at Fortune 500 companies, such as Exxon Company, International and American Home Products, where she planned corporate meetings and provided support to special project task forces. Mary moved to Florida from New Jersey in 1999 and lives in the Tampa Bay area with her husband, Ed, their 3 dogs and 2 cats. Mary says, “I saved the best for last! Did I win the job lottery or what? I work for a Certified Speaking Professional whose areas of expertise include Employee Engagement and Customer Service. I make a difference every day when I provide our client meeting planners with what they need and when I help Donna capture her creativity and put it on paper.

Booking Agent: Rachel Street
Rachel Street is the person you talk to when you want to book Donna for your next meeting. She has worked with Donna Cutting Presents since 2005 and has a background in Human Resources, Management, and Sales. Rachel currently lives just outside of Nashville TN with her 2 children, favorite dog and wonderful Husband. Says Rachel: “I LOVE working with everyone at Donna Cutting Presents... With open communication, pulling together as a team, constant praise and recognition of a job well done to name but a few things that are wonderful. I could bombard you with all the reasons why I love what I do but the best way for me to sum it up is this; when I tell my Husband I'm going to work, he laughs and says "You mean your going to play!"
