Donna Cutting, CSP, is the President and CEO (Chief Experience Officer) of Donna Cutting Presents, Inc. She is a nationally recognized professional keynote speaker and customer service training consultant and the  author of The Celebrity Experience: Insider Secrets to Delivering Red Carpet Customer Service. An expert in audience and employee involvement, Donna shows leaders how to engage employees in improving the customer experience for maximum bottom-line results. Prior to becoming a customer experience expert and author, Donna spent almost two decade managing creative programs and leading employee engagement initiatives in the health care field.

She is widely published in a variety of online and print publications, has been quoted in many print media including Investor’s Business Daily, YahooFinance.com, and Weekend Entrepreneur, and has appeared on many television and radio shows including ABC’s America This Morning, and Chicago News Channel 7. Donna is the Past President of the National Speakers Association of Central Florida, and a volunteer for Second Wind Dreams, an organization that helps make dreams come true for elders living in nursing homes.

Donna lives in St Petersburg, Florida with her husband and best friend Jim and their Maltese puppy, Snowball.
